Star Trek: Elite Force II was Ritual Entertainment’s most complete game shipped, and a defining moment for the studio. I contributed to building the team and played a role in both branding and gameplay design, working closely with artists and designers throughout development.
Leading from the trenches, I witnessed—and supported—the incredible output of a concept-driven art bullpen that became legendary inside the studio. This team went on to help create some of the world’s biggest franchises, and Elite Force II stands as a testament to what strong leadership, collaboration, and respect for an iconic IP can achieve.
The visuals in this game were possible because of the great art talents of J. Galloway, P. Richards (Concept Artists), J. Hawkins (Design Concepts), K. Thompson, R. Singhal, J. Jones, K. Tucker, J. Hernandez, J. Martinez, K. Wright, P. Jones, W. Johnson, R. Hood, C. Tinney, D. Demaret, G. Frye, M. Jackson, R. Fleider, S. Hornback, T. McEntyre, D. Ancira, B. Lippert, J. Hosfelt, K. Steele, D. Hart, D. Massicotte, J. Sallenbach, M. Porter, R. Miller, S. Maines, Y. Allaire, M. Tarwater, N. Pappas, Eric Smith and J. Halderman. It was an honor to lead them and they were amazing.
