I’m driven by a lifelong passion for creating meaningful content and building teams that bring bold ideas to life. I care deeply about every product, whether it begins as my own original concept or as an established IP entrusted to my team.


My approach is hands-on and collaborative: I love hiring, mentoring, and leading artists, giving them clear direction while protecting space for creativity to flourish. From concept through delivery, I treat each project with the same intensity, respect, and ownership, focused on craftsmanship, clarity of vision and creating work that resonates long after it ships.


As a leader in NextGen Technology Development for 35 years, it is my belief that we have a responsibility to build content and products which will improve the lives of our customers we serve, not just entertain them.
