Creative Director / Branding / Game Dev

Becky Brogan

An original title by Let It Rain, I supported branding, logo development, and in-game visual direction for Becky Brogan. The small number of items LEVELORD let me create, helped reinforce tone across the experience he created.

Little Farm

An original title by MumboJumbo, I contributed branding, environmental visual direction, and game design for Little Farm. The work emphasized warmth, clarity, and accessibility. AB Testing showed “pigs” are polarizing.

the Office

This product was dropped into my lap with months from shipping, I rolled up my sleeves and managed the team, defined environmental visuals, and the game design on The Office. The work focused on translating the show’s tone into interactive form, which was easier said than done.

Elements

With this product, I contributed branding, logo, box design, while also in the role as team leader in the MumboJumbo Dallas office. Additionally, I creative directed the environmental visuals and menus for Elements.

Blair Witch 3

With this Ritual title, I directed sales materials and main menu design for Blair Witch Volume 3. The work emphasized atmosphere and narrative tension from the brand, and the team defined the origin story of the Blair Witch.

Redemption

With this EA and Ritual title, I served as studio art director, leading menus, concept art, managed the Ritual art team and directed product visualization on Redemption. The project demonstrated strong conceptual foundations despite never shipping, the post-apocalyptic westerns style was established for industry.

Lord of the Rings

With this EA and Ritual title, I served as studio art director, leading menus and managed the art team and directed product visualization for an unreleased Lord of the Rings title. The work focused on respectful interpretation of the IP, but shit happened and it never shipped.

Medal of Honor: Airborne

With this EA and Ritual title, I served as studio art director during preproduction, leading menus and product visualization at Ritual. The work helped shape early creative direction for the project and helped the EA LA team get the product greenlit for full production.

1999-2010

For decades, I’ve built and led exceptional teams across a wide range of titles—from casual games to AAA, action-driven FPS experiences.

Having started five companies, and held leadership roles including CEO, I take create pride and ownership over all aspects of brand creation.

My creative roles touched original concept creation, game design, and hands-on visual leadership across branding, menus, textures, HUDs, and UI.

My core philosophy has always been simple: hire artists, lead with clear design principles and give them room to focus on creating. I take deep pride in the creative process and in helping teams bring meaningful content to life for fans around the world.

The visuals demonstrated in these games and products were possible because of the great talents of a number of incredible artists and developers. It was my pleasure to work alongside them and to direct them on these and many more products.
